Hi there, I am currently on my first course of hcg and can honestly say I am not hungry. I don’t even eat all the food I’m allowed some days. I just don’t want it. It is very restrictive but with the hcg cookbook i got online, the foods are pretty decent. Not what I would normally eat all the time, because I really don’t like meat that much. But the recipes make the meat bearable for me. I have lost 8 lbs in 2 weeks, so the claims of 1-3 lbs per day is unrealistic but I am happy with my weight loss so far. I am still very sceptical about long term weight loss success and have to adjust to the daily injections. I really think that no matter what diet you use, when it’s over you WILL gain back weight if you go back to eating what you did before that made you fat in the first place. The initial weight loss is awesome but it’s your mind set that has to change in order to keep the weight off forever.
The diet worked for some friend of our who are both type 2 diabetics. They both had to stop their metformin because their blood glucose drops to WNL. My dad has had to stop taking his BP meds since being on hcg. Another lady has stopped chronically sweating since starting hcg. If you do your research, you will find that the hcg diet has far more benefits to it than just weight loss
