Affiliate Program Terms/Conditions

Please study the agreement before signing up for IHCG Affiliate program. As an authorized affiliate marketer you agree to follow the Terms in this agreement.

The affiliate promotes the sale of products on ihcginjections.com and by placing links on your website/social media you can choose to participate and get rewarded by a percentual commission for a purchase through a referred visitor.

Registering and engaging in the program indicates your full acceptance of the terms and guidelines.

1. Approval or Rejection of the Application

Ihcginjections.com reserves the right to accept or reject any application. Applications are screened and approved after a manual review.

2. Commissions Payments

Minimum payout amount : USD100. Commissions will be paid once a month, end of the month for the verified sales accumulated during the previous month. Purchasing products with your own link is prohibited, you cannot earn a commission for own purchases. Please use coupon codes, or reward points if you are a regular customer.

Payments will only be sent for transactions that have been successfully completed. Transactions that result in chargebacks or refunds will not be paid out.

The starting commission is 10% of a referral product purchase. Payments are made by bank transfer or bitcoin. Wire transfer fees are covered by the affiliate.

3. Verified vs Unverified Commissions

Verified commissions represent customer orders reaching “completed” status in the shop admin. Means they were shipped out. Commission status will be switched automatically to “verified” as soon the status changed to “completed”, and commission amount credited to the Affiliate. Improved ranks usually carry a 1% increase in sales commission.

4. Affiliate Ranks

Depending on the affiliate’s dollar turnover (verified commissions) generated during a months time, the rank of the affiliate is changed/improved, which means higher percentual sales commissions for each grade. The ranking is reset every start of the month.

5. Termination

Your affiliate application and status in the Program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons:

• Inappropriate advertisements (false claims, misleading hyperlinks, etc.).
• Email spam (mass email, mass newsgroup posting, etc.).
• Failure to disclose the affiliate website and marketing channels.
• Self referrals, fraudulent transactions, suspected Affiliate fraud.
• Excessive amount of chargebacks from referred customers.

6. Liability

ihcginjections.com will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to site outages, processing channel closure, loss of database files, or any results of intents of harm to our website.

8. Term of the Agreement

The term of this agreement starts upon affiliate signup and acceptance and ends only with termination by ihcginjections.com or the affiliate.

The terms and conditions states in this agreement may be modified on our own discretion at any time.
