Please acknowledge our shipping policy before you place your order.
We aim to dispatch orders quickly and provide a tracking ID within 48 hours unless delayed by holidays, postal issues, extreme weather, or other uncontrollable factors. No shipments occur on weekends. Please be aware that shipping times can be affected by USPS delays, major holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. In the event that your order does not arrive within 30 days, we will promptly arrange for a reshipment. Delivery estimates begin from the day the order is handed to the shipping agent, not the day it was placed.
If you can’t personally receive the shipment, please arrange for someone authorized at your address to do so. If delivery is missed, you can collect your package from the local post office. While the mail carrier typically leaves a note for missed deliveries, there may be instances where it’s missing. Monitor the tracking status to stay informed.
