Please acknowledge our shipping policy before you place your order.
We work hard to swiftly get your orders out, and will provide tracking ID after 48 hours if there are no human, holiday, postal, or unforeseen climatic issues out of our control. No shipments are made out on weekends. Note that major holidays like Christmas can increase the shipping time. The delivery time predicted should commence from the day your order was given to the shipping agent, not the day it was placed.
Signature is always required to receive a shipment. In case you are unable to take the shipment personally please inform an authorized person at your home to receive the package – otherwise you can collect your shipment from your local post office, in case of a missed delivery. The mailman should also leave a note, however there are instances the wind could blow the note away or he did not leave the note. So keep a look at the tracking status to be on top of things.
