Returns and Refunds

Return / Cancellation Policy :

Due to the specific and sterile nature of the products sold, we are unable to accept returns, either opened or unopened.

We accept cancellation of orders if they are submitted to us by email from our contact page within 24 hours after the order was placed. No cancellations of orders will be accepted after 24 hours from time of order have passed. Please make sure to read the full product description, the difference in the offered product bundles, and our terms before submitting your order to avoid later cancellation.

Refund Policy :

Please study all Product Descriptions, Offers, our Faq and conditions, shipping time, before you place an order.

All our medications are manufactured by fully licensed and approved pharmaceutical companies in their respective residing countries. We cannot issue a refund for claims about inferior product quality or personally not achieved goals, as this is highly subjected to individual lifestyle and perception.

If you receive an incomplete order, please contact by phone, chat, or email and provide a description of the missing items and we will arrange a new shipment to you to make up for the missing product.

Shipping Delays: Since we are shipping internationally please be informed that we have only control about the dispatch in the origin country and the shipping service used (Express Shipment). Transport Delays to – and inside the Destination country, that may be caused by slow customs processing, bad weather, strike, natural disaster, or holiday backlog in mail-centers are out of our control and we cannot issue refunds for delayed shipments, but will reship if not received 30 days after shipping confirmation email.

Missing / Lost Shipment: If etc. tracking info corroborates that your order was not received until 30 days after it was confirmed shipped out, we can – as you wish – reship you a new order, or we can issue a full refund back to the same card the order was placed with. The refund will generally appear on your next card statement, however it can also take from 2-4 weeks to process.

Wrong address / Unclaimed: Please triple check your shipping address and make sure you include any Apartment number, Floor, or any other necessary info required for the smooth delivery of the shipment. No refund will be issued if the customer enters wrong address information. If the mailman tried to deliver your order but nobody or no authorized person was at the recipients address, the delivery service will leave a note so the customer can either initiate a new delivery or claim the shipment at the local post office. This status is visible with the online tracking ID. It is the customers responsibility to follow up on the new delivery or claim the shipment from the mail-center, usually the local post office. No refund will be issued for unclaimed shipments.

Credit Card Dispute: Please communicate any problem with us prior to contacting your bank. You can reach us by phone, chat, email, support ticket. We will always try to work with you to find a solution. Any dispute of a charge with out previously having contacted the Store is considered as credit card fraud and consequently your personal info like name, address, card number, email, will be blacklisted across an internet-wide merchant database and reported to Card Companies Fraud Divisions.
We will provide delivery info with signature data to banks if necessary, to reverse a false chargeback, where then the buyer has to bear the full cost of the process.
