Mixing Instructions

Follow these 10 steps to mix and inject your HCG

1. DISCARD THE SODIUM CHLORIDE

Packed inside your hCG box you will find an ampule of Sodium Chloride solution. This is only used if the hCG would be administered in a single shot. You can discard this ampule and use the bacteriostatic water or sterile water instead, which you also have in your box, if supplies were ordered.

2. REMOVE PLASTIC COVER OFF HCG VIAL

Flip off plastic cover to expose the rubber stop beneath it. If you have several HCG vials, use only one at a time and store the others in a dark drawer or refrigerator. Do not freeze hcg vials. Once mixed the hcg vial needs to be stored in the fridge at all times and only taken out for a daily shot until completely used.

3. WASH HANDS, DISINFECT BOTTLE TOPS AND WORKING AREA

Make sure you have washed your hands thoroughly every time you handle the items. With Kit orders you’ll also receive alcohol swabs. Use these to wipe the vial’s top every time you use a needle to penetrate the rubber membrane. Also wipe down the table area where you handle the vials and syringes. Alternatively you can purchase a large bottle of rubbing alcohol in your supermarket and use that with paper wipes.

4. ATTACH NEEDLE TO MIXING SYRINGE

You have multiple smaller insulin syringes with needle attached, and a larger 3ml mixing syringe with separate 1.5″ needles. Attach a needle to the larger 3ml mixing syringe.

5. DRAW OUT 3ML OF AIR FROM HCG VIAL

Create a negative pressure inside the HCG vial by drawing out 3ml of air from it. Insert the needle and draw out until 3ml, then hold on to the plunger and remove the needle. This is in preparation for the mixing water to be added to the vial, to avoid pressure in the vial, that won’t allow you to add much water to it. By removing that air first, you’re creating that space. You can also use the smaller insulin syringes, just draw out 3 times 1ml (till 100 on the scale). Note: Picture shows insulin syringe.

6. DRAW OUT 3ML MIXING WATER

Take the bacteriostatic water or sterile water that is included in your shipment, and turn the bottle upside down as shown. Insert the mixing syringe with needle in this position and draw out 3ml.

7. ADD BACT. WATER DIRECTLY INTO HCG VIAL

Stand the hcg on the table upright and pierce the bottle top with the needle that you just draw out 3ml of bacteriostatic water, then press the plunger until the syringe is empty. If you used an insulin syringe in the previous step, then you need to add 3x1ml into the vial. With 3ml the vial will be about full with liquid – if only 2,5ml could fit this is also acceptable. Take more air out of the hcg vial if you feel the pressure pushes the plunger out.

8. DRAW A DAILY SHOT OUT OF THE HCG VIAL

Hold the hcg vial upside down and use an insulin syringe to pierce the rubber top as shown. Draw out until 10 on the scale, which is only 0.1ml. Avoid air bubbles when drawing out the shot.

9. ADMINISTER THE SHOT

Use alcohol to rub the area where you will inject. Subcutaneous shots can be administered in fat areas on thighs, arms or most commonly into the abs. Pinch the fat with your fingers to lift it up, then insert the needle almost perpendicular. Since we’re using very short needles make sure to push the syringe even a bit deeper into the tissue. Press the plunger slowly down to complete the shot. Change the injection spot every time. Keep the hcg vial in the fridge and take it out for a shot only, usually in the morning. Once you have mixed an hcg vial with bacteriostatic or sterile water, the liquid inside the bottle will remain potent for 4-6 weeks.

10. Vitamin B12

You may use the same insulin syringe to draw out 1/2 ml (50 on the scale) for a Vitamin B12 shot and inject in a different spot. Usually 2 times weekly would be enough to boost your energy levels. The vitamin injection may hurt more than the hcg – this is normal. You could also mix the B12 with food or drink but double the amount due to less absorption when consumed. HCG Dosage:

If you mixed the vial with 3ml of bacteriostatic water, then each daily shot will contain 166 IU HCG. Dr. Simeons used around 125 IU during his studies. You can can increase the dosage by adding less liquid to your vial, for example 2.5ml will provide 200IU dosage.

General Notes:

  • You can store unused hcg vials in a dark drawer or fridge, but never freeze them.
  • Once mixed they must be kept in the fridge at all times, and only taken out for the daily shot.
  • Mix only the vial you are planning to use right away. The reconstituted solution is good for 40-60 days if kept in the fridge.
  • Discard used syringes in a solid plastic or metal container, to avoid injuries.
  • Keep syringes and other supplies safely locked away from children.
