Take the stairs

Take a stroll

While seating on your chair, straighten one or both legs and keep them still for five or more seconds. After a few seconds, lower your legs but do not let them touch the floor. If this bores you, add a briefcase for added weight. Repeat this for 15 reps everyday.

To do the stapler curl, put it in one hand with the palm facing upwards. Then bend your elbow and curl your arms towards your chest. Pause for a short while then lower the stapler back down. Do this for 12 – 15 reps before switching to the other hand.
Yes, even a simple lean can help you lose or maintain your weight. Lean against the wall with your forearm as the only support for your body. Then lean into wall until your upper arm touches it, then push it back out. Repeat this for 15 reps daily.
